What is Biophilic Design? According to the The International Living Future Institute, biophilic design is the practice of connecting people and nature within our built environments and communities. Imagine if you could experience the same physical, psychological, and emotional benefits moving through an urban landscape that you experience when walking through a forest? The Clif Bar company had this vision in mind when they set out to design a recent addition to their industrial building located in METALCON’s host city, Indianapolis.
