Using their new workbook as a guide, Heidi and Karen will cover how to harness the power of networking and improve networking skills in this interactive workshop. Immediately following the session, stay for Social Networking Bingo, a fun, live social networking event. All session participants will receive a complimentary copy of the book. As part of the show’s brand new Future Leaders of METALCON, this exclusive education session is designed for rising stars, up-and-comers, management trainees, apprentices and others, roughly ages 40 and under, who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Created in close partnership with METALCON ’22 keynote speaker and acclaimed career counselor Dr. Melissa Furman, METALCON Future Leaders will give current trainees, apprentices, and managers the advice and skills they need to become tomorrow’s principals, executives, and entrepreneurs. A dedicated happy hour and networking event will follow the session. This program is FREE and included with all registrations.

This pavilion and education session is FREE to all registrants.
The Metal Building Marketplace

Exclusive education sessions specific to design professionals, will feature respected thought leaders, award-winning architects and industry experts. Additionally, a special architects-only guided floor tour is planned.
