The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA)‘s National Roofing Week begins today! Engage with your community and inform the public about the essential role roofs and professional roofing contractors play. National Roofing Week was created in 2014 as an initiative to increase awareness about the significance of roofs to every home and business and share the good deeds of the roofing industry. As part of this year’s Roofing Week, check out the NRCA’s PROCertification®, their national certification initiative where experienced workers who demonstrate substantial roofing skills and knowledge can become certified by NRCA in specific roof system installations. Recently, a new “Metal Panel Roof Systems Installer Certificate” was launched partnership with MCA and MRA. As part of the program’s roll-out, “Hands-on Performance Exams” has been added as new feature at METALCON 2022 in October!
