METALFOCUS® STARTS TOMORROW 2/18 – REGISTER TODAY!

At METALCON, we’re committed to helping metal businesses thrive. And that is why we have partnered with Safety Works, Inc. to create the METALFOCUS® Safety Program. Just as METALCON is a leader in the metal design and build industry, SafetyWorks is a leader in providing occupational safety training. They have been delivering professional safety know-how to construction and manufacturing clients since 1999. Their services focus on OSHA-related safety training, safety program management, and consultation services, and delivered with the unique needs of your business in mind.

METALFOCUS® is a series of 10 one-hour virtual courses that will go beyond traditional OSHA-10 safety training to address situations unique to metal construction job sites. You won’t find a similar program out there, especially for the cost. Whether you attend this program yourself or delegate to a team member, your company will gain invaluable insight and advice with the potential to:

  • Reduce risk of lost-time accidents and damage to equipment which can lead to lower insurance premiums
  • Lower risk of regulatory fines
  • Improve your company culture and employee morale

Your METALFOCUS® Safety Program Instructor is Craig A. Shaffer, CSP President of SafetyWorks, Inc. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 30 years of occupational safety and health experience in the construction and manufacturing industries.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Penn State and is an authorized instructor for the construction OSHA-10 & OSHA-30 courses.
