Magnificent Metal Mondays

Another Monday means another Magnificent Metal Building feature. Today, we go to Manhattan and specifically to the West Chelsea district.  HL23 as it is called is a 14-story, 42,395-sf ultra-luxury residential building. In total, the project creates 11 condominium units,3,585 sf of ground floor space and boosts an elevated garden area. The floor plate of the building is smaller at the base than at the top. What makes the building unique is the existing elevated exposed Highline Railway, it is located at the eastern portion of the building.
